Hello, my name is Richard Wright, and I am a junior at  UNCG pursuing a major in Professional Studies. My goal is to cultivate a well-rounded skill set that encompasses critical thinking, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

2008 - 2015

  • Coordinates the operation of the Operating Room Sterile Supply to ensure service levels are adequately maintained.
  • Act as a preceptor, conduct in-service programs and provide leadership as needed.
  • Provides leadership by maintaining effective relationships with surgeons, nurses and support staff.
  • Provides competency feedback, development and progressive discipline processes.
  • Responsible for the overall operational and management of the department and for effective supervision of support staff.

Wachovia Bank, NA Sr. Business Systems Analyst

2005 - 2008

  • Support loan activities for the corporate and investment banking customers. Customer base represents Fortune 1500 clients with credit lines ranging from $10million to $1billion.
  • Acts as liaison between the borrower and investor, making decisions on exceptions while providing accurate information as well as competent and timely service.
  • Process daily transactions, which includes: reconciliation of GL accounts and clearing DDA accounts in a timely manner. Provide all investors with explicit instructions to successfully carry out the request of the borrower by ensuring that all investors receive notifications on a timely basis.
